1. DESIGN OF COKE OVENS, COCOX OVENS, AND COKE DRYING FACILITIES

Participation in the development of project documentation for the construction, reconstruction, expansion, and technical reequipment of coke chemical production facilities, as well as performing the functions of author supervision.

3. CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION WORKS;

• Organizational and technological preparation, including the implementation of a set of measures for the safe execution of construction and installation works;
• Performance of construction and installation works, based on strict adherence to technology:
• Quality control of masonry work for compliance with project requirements;
• Control of the installation of thermal equipment and heating fittings;
• Control of the installation of technological equipment and metal structures

4. TECHNICAL SUPERVISION

Technical supervision of construction is carried out in the interests of the Customer, in order to ensure continuous control of the quality of construction and installation works, with constant assessment of the compliance of all elements of the construction site with industrial safety requirements, technical regulations, normative documents, and standards. Technical supervision allows for control of the technological sequence of construction and installation works.


5. DRYING, PREHEATING, AND START-UP OF COKE OVENS

• Drying and preheating to operating temperatures of the entire refractory mass of the coke oven on any gaseous heat carrier;
• Transition of the coke oven to continuous heating;
• Start-up of the coke oven with the production of the first product;
• The first acceptance of coke gas into the plant's gas pipeline, commissioning of technological equipment.
• Bringing to the design capacity with the initial adjustment of temperature and hydraulic modes and the development of technological regulations.

2. SUPPLY OF REFRACTORY PRODUCTS, MATERIALS, AND TECHNOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT:

2.1. SUPPLY OF DINAS AND REFRACTORY PRODUCTS AND MORTAR FOR COKE OVEN LINING:

• Monitoring the sequence, manufacturing deadlines, and delivery of refractory products;
• Acceptance of refractory products at the Customer's warehouses;
• Loading and unloading operations;
• Quality control of delivered refractory products, sorting, and stacking of grades of refractory bricks in stacks and on pallets, taking into account the order of their stacking in the coke oven lining;
• Control of issuing refractory products for production work.

2.2. SUPPLY OF TECHNOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT:

• Monitoring the compliance of equipment with project requirements;
• Quality control, manufacturing deadlines, and delivery of equipment;
• Acceptance of equipment at the Customer's warehouses;
